Senior animals are available for adoption for a mere $7 as long as the dog is 7 years old or older and the person adopting is 70 years old or older. If you are a PA resident, you will also be required to purchase a dog license. There are 2 licensing options : annual licenses are $6.50 and are renewable every January. Lifetime licenses are $31.50 and never need to be renewed.
